On the second day of #Dreamforce 2021, I got all jazzed up to be an #AwesomeAdmin for real; made note of a number of sessions focused on apps and automation that I’ll be rewatching; and learned a lot about collaboration, backups, and where data lives.
I also found myself with emotions that I couldn’t place until one #Salesforce exec started talking about the struggle to balance dreaming of how something could be and getting it out the door to customers. That’s what I’m feeling: it’s all kinds of excitement to hear about things, but I am jonesing to get my hands-on experience with the platform, especially automation. So I’m booking some good time in my calendar to dive into doing things on the platform this weekend and am now heading back the Salesforce+ for one more (half) day of hearing more content.
